Guided Conversation - That’s our facilitation style.  We like to be organized and have a basic structure in place, so we can focus on the people involved and capitalize on learning opportunities as they come up.  We seek out the perspectives of all voices in the room and give participants the space to apply skills and teach one another.  We tell relevant stories, but limit ourselves, so learners speak more and bring their own experiences forward.
