Why Flowing River?

Conflict is like a river in so many ways.  Like a river, it is natural. It is dynamic.  It cannot be fully controlled. It can escalate and deescalate like rapids and tranquil pools.  As someone attempts to navigate it, they can go it alone, but it’s much more effective to do it with the help of others. And, like a river, one can feel incredibly accomplished after each successive trip.

At Flowing River Conflict Solutions, we are here to help you navigate the twists and turns of conflict effectively and constructively.

We do this through:

  • Needs Assessment

  • Training Design & Development

  • Meeting & Workshop Facilitation

  • Coaching
